I am a pragmatic artist and designer with a focus on design, illustration, and visual storytelling. I see my artwork as a cumulation of stories passed down from my elders, culture, and what I have experienced in my day-to-day life. My art, design, and writing are influenced by my Vietnamese background and the struggles that we face as an Asian-American woman.
Attending the University of Alabama at Birmingham, I have worked with on-campus student organizations such as Kaleidoscope and Sparklab. Through this work, of illustrations, cover design, flyers, web announcements and more; it has allowed me to build and improve my skills while getting involved with the Birmingham community.
My Experience extends through Adobe Programs: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere.
