My journey began with a strong desire to make a meaningful impact on healthcare. My expertise encompasses GCP-ICH, HIPAA, IATA, lab procedures, and extensive involvement in Phase II-IV and observational studies across various medical indications.

Notably, I've contributed to major COVID-19 vaccine projects, including Moderna, Novavax, Pfizer, and the Oxford Vaccines.

One of my memorable victories was successfully completing an FDA audit with no findings during my first three months in research. Additionally, I established a Positive Culture Committee at CCT Research, nurturing a harmonious work environment that reflects my commitment to promoting happiness and well-being among colleagues. Beyond my professional endeavors, I proudly serve as a board member of the DreamCatchers Organization in Phoenix, AZ, where we grant end-of-life wishes to elderly hospice patients.

My passion for medical innovation through research is the driving force behind my aspirations. As a medical school hopeful, I aim to continue my journey in the field, eventually becoming a Sub-Investigator (Sub-I) and Principal Investigator (PI) as I progress in my education. What truly motivates me is knowing that my contributions today may shape the future of patient care, even if the impact isn't always immediate.

Outside of my career, I've volunteered at the Southwest Center for HIV/AIDS and the Phoenix Children's Hospital, further reinforcing my dedication to making a positive difference in people's lives. I'm a seasoned clinical research professional with a track record of continuous growth in the field. My journey began in 2020 as a Research Assistant, where I contributed to critical COVID-19 vaccine research. Within the year, I advanced to the role of Clinical Research Coordinator I, gaining experience across diverse medical indications.

Subsequently, I was promoted to Clinical Research Coordinator II, managing up to five concurrent studies while also providing essential backup support on several other trials.

In 2022, I assumed the pivotal role of Clinical Research Site Manager, overseeing daily operations including managing up to ten employees, budgeting, regulatory submissions, quality assurance, staff training, project management, and more. As a Clinical Research Associate, I've successfully completed comprehensive training, demonstrating expertise in GCP-ICH, Information Privacy Security, HIPAA, Conflicts of Interest, IATA, and OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens. My career trajectory underscores my unwavering commitment to excellence and continuous professional growth in the clinical research landscape.

I hold two Associate of Science degrees from Tompkins Cortland Community College, one in Mathematics and the other in Biology. Additionally, I obtained my Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience with a concentration in Physiology and Behavior from Arizona State University.
