Jake Gagnon

I just graduated from Belmont University with a degree in Music Technology. As of right now I mainly teach all DAW lessons via zoom and am getting my foot in the door with advertisement music and other music for media opportunities. I am a multi-instrumentalist and studied composition for 4 years with Carl Rydlund (hans zimmer right hand orchestrator).

Experienced Music Technology student, passionate about the intersection of sound, technology, and creativity. With a strong foundation in music production and audio engineering, I’ve honed my skills in various aspects of the music industry, from recording and mixing to live sound and sound design.

In addition to my technical expertise, I bring a background in graphic design, helping brands enhance their visual presence through strategic and creative design work. I’ve worked on projects involving logo/promotion design, social media content, and overall brand identity, ensuring a cohesive and impactful message across all platforms. My ability to combine music and design has allowed me to offer unique solutions to clients, making sure that both the auditory and visual experiences leave a lasting impression.

I’m continuously looking for opportunities to expand my knowledge and skill set, whether in music production, sound design, or visual design.

I just graduated Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee with a degree in Music Technology. This opportunity has drove me to expand my skillsets and step into the world of music for media and production as a whole. Fluent in all computer languages, DAW's, and music notation softwares, Belmont prepared us with a well rounded skill set.

Studying 1 on 1 with Carl Rydlund, A student of the great John Williams and apprentice to Hans Zimmer! I have curated a vast encyclopedia of real world knowledge and problem solving when it comes to composition. Along with my accomplishments at school I have also worked as “creative director” for rising artist “Casper Sage” who recently was endorsed by Spotify and is quickly gaining traction in the R&B scene.
