I have over 15 years of customer service experience, and over 12 of those years in the Telecommunications industry, where I have become knowledgeable in a broad range of phones and other wireless devices, as well as experience with different kinds of billing and account input systems. working on my A+ certification and interested in a career in IT or field technician.
My skills include very strong attention to detail, expert grammar and can use plenty of different programs to format and complete my tasks, including MS programs like word and excel and PowerPoint. My customer service experience directly enables me to communicate very well to customers of all types, and can be very proactive and intuitive when resolving an issue.
I have completed almost two years towards an AA degree, but now working on A+ certification and then considering completing a degree in CIS or cybersecurity.
