I have been a part of large commercial plumbing projects since I was introduced to the trade in April 2000. Starting as a helper/apprentice, working my way to Journeyman in 2005 then project manager in 2014. I was first introduced to estimating in 2002, but after a year I wanted to return to the field.
I then returned to estimating in 2018 for three years. I then went back to the field until 2022 and have been estimating change orders for large commercial projects consisting of hospitals, labs, universities and specialized projects
