I have roughly 2 years of experience in a Prep Cook experience following graduation from my Culinary Diploma program.

I have roughly 2 years of experience in a Prep Cook role consisting of prepping meals for daily delivery to Senior Day centers. We cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a combined total of approximately 250 seniors daily. Additionally, I have also worked on our partner food truck which consists of BBQ and have extensive experience with trimming and prepping meats such as brisket, tri-tip, and ribs.

Graduated with a Culinary Diploma from the Institute of Technology in Spring 2025. Received the President's Award of Excellence upon graduation.
