After 22 years of service with ATT, I recently retired to focus more time working REAL ESTATE. I've been involved in many aspects of REAL ESTATE, particularly construction since I was a teenager. I was trained in HOME INSPECTIONS at American Home Inspection Training (AHIT), and earned my licensed in 2021.
I began HOME INSPECTOR TRAINING in 2019 and became licensed in 2021. The HOME INSPECTION PROFESSION has always been a plan for post-retirement. I started doing home inspections in 2021 but was limited to certain days in which I could serve clients due to my work schedule. Most of my inspections were scheduled for weekends, and very few during the week.
