I recently left my 9-5 to pursue a career in Real Estate. I have an engineering background but also have a growing social media presence with around 35k followers on TikTok. I love using these platforms to network and have started new Chanels on all the major platforms to document my real estate journey. my main TikTok account is @surfinnovak and my new account is @soldbyjamesryan. This handle is the same across all the following platforms. TikTok, Instagram, & YouTube.
For the last 6 years I have worked as a BIM Manager for a structural engineering firm. This combines software management with 2D and 3D deliverables. I also managed a team of engineers overseas and created the entire training library on YouTube for the overseas division. I previously worked as a paralegal in medical malpractice.
