- Part of a small team that created a data warehouse that brought together data from several different sources. This data was brought in by different methods that included loading an Excel spread sheet, SSIS packages, and replication databases.
- Played an integral part of in the design, implementation and enforcing the RAI SDLC process called “Crank the Wheel”. This included the creation of processes and documents that tracked the development life cycle from requirements gathering to deployment and finally maintenance.
- Worked closely with managers and business stakeholders at RAI to ensure the requirements where complete before design and coding where started. I would also reach out to the business when questions came up during the design and coding part of the process that were not part of the requirement documentation.
- Trouble shot maintenance issues that arose after deployment. This included server memory and IO issues which lead to the team working to optimize SSIS packages and T-SQL code.
- Became the process expert on Tidal scheduler were RAI scheduled the SQL processes to run throughout the day. This was used instead of SQL Server Agent.

SQL Server Development, SSRS and SSIS:
- Programmed a process that brings in data from several text delimited files, manipulated the data and outputs a text file that is formatted for processing into the mainframe. This process was optimized to bring in over 200,000 records per run.
- Built a SSIS package that determines if a customer needs one of four different email types and sends that email to customers of four different venders.
- Worked in a leadership role called “Code Master” that coordinated all SQL Server deployments to the production environment. Responsibilities included checking code for mistakes and correct commenting, ensuring all testing was performed and documented, putting together all the needed documents change control tickets, and represented the SQL Server team in the change control meeting.
- Assigned a partially programmed process after a teammate left the company that was the highest profile and priority for the company. This process brings all payment types for customer loans together into one file that is sent to the federal government. (FMS)

- Designed and developed a SQL process that used SSIS and stored procedures that will gather and consolidate data for DHL shipments before passing the data to DHL.

- Worked to write out specifications for several different systems projects for the team to program. Ranging from RF Scanner processes to connections between SQL Server and MS AX systems.
- Worked with managers and end users to define and document scope before building a customer order return system in c#. I worked with several teams to design a system that met the needs of customer service and warehouse departments to streamline the returns process.
- Worked with the CEO to redesign the companies packing slip invoices in SSRS reports. Updates included adding advertising that rotate between several active advertisements. The advertisement will open and close automatically by a date time period or quantity of ads requested.
- Implanted a QC form that will document QC data and help guide the employee that is performing the testing.
- Mentored several junior analysts by teaching them the best practices and other possible solutions when reviewing their code. Help them define what testing is needed by critiquing their test document and pointing them in the direction of testing requirements that they might not have about.

- Redesigned and developed central process within CTS that identifies the reason for the disputed invoice and routes the case to our field partners and back to our business until the issue has been resolved.
- Lead the updating of the case routing process within CTS that moved the disputed case from agent to agent though out the cases lifecycle. Routing was divided into 5 types of routing which included triggers.
- Designed and built SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and Data Transformation Services (DTS) objects to attach documents to CTS cases.
Part of a project team that planned, developed, and converted data during a large company merger:
- Member of the data conversion team that converted data for over 400,000 customers and their invoices into the Oracle AR system.
- Wrote specifications for several pivotal sections of the data conversion of 400,000 customers as well as for the customer module in the Oracle AR System.
- Managed the manual conversion process of adding customers into the hierarchy system in the Oracle AR system. This included translating legacy customer relationships into Oracle AR hierarchies.
- Built a SQL server database including tables, schemas, views and stored procedures that will import Oracle data translate the data into the correct hierarchy and export the data into a format that can be used to update Oracle.
