As a Researcher at Eisai Co., Ltd. (2023-present), I focus on small-scale protein purification using the AKTA chromatography system, supporting the development of novel antibodies, antigens, and antibody-drug conjugates. I am skilled in various analytical techniques, including SDS-PAGE, Western Blot, SEC, and CE-SDS, and have experience in experimental design, documentation, and process optimization.
As a Microbiologist II at Delaware Public Health Laboratory (2020-2023), I conducted diagnostic testing for infectious diseases and bioterrorism agents, using technologies like PCR and whole genome sequencing. I also supervised and trained staff, earning CDC PulseNet WGS certification.
At National Refrigerants (2019-2020), I worked as a Chemist/Laboratory Technician, using analytical instruments such as GC and IR, conducting sample testing, and maintaining lab equipment to ensure accurate results.
