Product Specialist at Mobysoft LTD (2024-03 – Present)

• Managing and undertaking accuracy system tests, identifying issues with customer configuration and providing solutions, monitoring incoming customer data to identify trends and degradation of data quality.
• Optimising the configuration of customer implementations and the supporting modules. Assess the accuracy of the configuration by completing RentSense performance certificates and make improvements in an agile sprint-based environment by completing a RentSense Optimisation Delivery programme.
• Act as a second line technical support analyst for system behaviour queries by gaining an in-depth understanding of the product suite. Effectively communicate the system behaviours in a clear and concise manner via the CRM system to ensure continuous learning and improvement to processes.
• Supporting Product and Development teams with bug testing and launching new feature implementations, hold RentSense product knowledge workshops following new feature releases and ensure any new processes are documented end to end.
• Providing insight across all things RentSense at all key stages of the Customer lifecycle including supporting presales, delivery and user experience phases.
• Managing and undertaking DDIS (Data Driven Impact Statements) and providing insights to internal stakeholders.
• Review and approve all change requests submitted by our internal and external stakeholders.
• Manipulate customer data to provide a clear and accurate Accuracy score and present insights to internal stakeholders.
• Managing and undertaking accuracy reviews, identifying issues with customer configuration and customer data, then providing solutions.
• Manage and undertake Product Specialists Questions (PSQ's) from internal stakeholders to provide a clearer idea of any customer issues and presenting clear plans to address solutions.
• Review and streamline processes to automated actions using systems such as Python, SQL, PowerBi, Sharepoint and Excel.

• Processing supplier payments.
• Monitoring contractor performance in line with service level agreements.
• Responding to queries in the voids email inbox and CRM's in a timely manner.
• Coordinate and report on the major voids and void delivery including budgets, timescales and quality of delivered works.

• Collate all information relating to former tenant recharges, including gathering evidence, appropriate costs whilst ensuring the Rents and Service Charge team can actively pursue these debts.
• Liaise with all customers internal and external in relation with services provided by Asset Voids team including surveyor, contractor and management inspections.
• Engage with other departments in order to ensure that accurate and timely reports can be issued to relevant parties prior to weekly void meetings.
• Maintain all appropriate records and ensure the following are updated; payments to contractors, post inspection of works; updating related databases including stock records, stock condition surveys, asbestos, EPC certificates.
