Supported the business execution and strategy leadership team with day-to-day operations, research, testing, communications and implementation of deliverables.
Supported Process Owners and Project Managers in the implementation of new technology, resolution of issues, coordination of production checkouts and bridge line support.
Created internal corporate communications for over 1,800 employees covering crisis management, continuity of business, newsletters, quarterly recaps, town hall invitations, organizational changes, special promotions and initiatives.
Hosted roundtables to safeguard the customer experience and to ensure alignment with legal, risk and compliance.

I also reviewed appraisals to confirm collateral value. I ensured compliance with industry standards and federal regulations. Additionally, I mentored new hires on processes and procedures.
