I am always passionate about analyzing situations, strategies, perspectives, etc, to apprehend and determine what might go wrong in my first instinct. That was the reason I worked as Product Support Analyst for two years. Later, I wanted to expand my territory of analyzing skills from coding to business, so I pursued a dual master's in business administration and information systems.
These programs gave me a higher-level viewpoint of business processes from the stakeholders, company, and end users. I want to use my skills to reduce the communication gaps between the technical team and the business users and employ them in innovating business processes, analyzing trends and uncovering patterns and threats, implementing improvements, and predicting future requirements.
I gained four years of production-side experience in the IT sector. I began as a Software Engineer and provided services, later moved to a product-based company and worked as a Product Support Analyst. I got passionate about business functionalities, so I opted for higher studies and chose the USA for global exposure.
Graduated from Central Michigan University with a Master's in Information Systems and a Master's in Business Administration in Business Data Analytics in December 2022.
