I am an experienced HR Manager with comprehensive, full-cycle human resources expertise and a strong focus on workplace safety and regulatory compliance. I oversee the entire employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding through performance management, employee relations, training, and offboarding—while aligning HR practices with organizational goals and operational needs.
