Overall, I am an Associate support analyst, from years of successful exercising and earning various job skills. After having placed in hybrid environments; I worked efficiently and was able to apply those skills to support my Senior administrative role for 4 years and after that have gained some good basic IT analytical skills for two years as level 1- Sales support analyst, where I supported the market business teams. Therefore, the 6 years of combined hybrid experience from present and previous companies, has helped me become confident, develop good track record in data validation, process optimization, Business communications(emails)/Customer service and gain proficient skills in problem solving in fast-paced challenging environments.

The Company offers supply chain management, reverse logistics, delivery, product exchange, warehousing, inventory, inbound cargo handling, and other related logistics services and Return goods Mgmt. in majorly Samsung parts.

• Update, Report and Identify solutions for Returns department including tickets.
• Assist and organize back-office administration and documentation for return and logistics management that helps the Executive to organize, update and manage Returns goods management using various tools like N-ERP and SAP-SWP applications
• Provide timely service and solutions to customers, while handling large volumes of requests with short turnaround SLAs.
• Responsible for Returns Authorization approvals.
• Creating RAs on situations where vendor conflicts and GPCA management review

Team members in Sales Accounting & Client Services helped my team streamline the existing manual tasks with respect to NNI, CNS and GNS Enterprise application and their processes. As a Sales support and liaison member for IT workshops, I was involved in supporting Carrier Account Managers, CSMs, pre- and post-sale technical teams for successfully creating multiple order entry features as system application enhancements.

I was in pre-sales dept where I gathered information for requirement assessment for our PMs, manage and maintain data for the condition of real estate assets reporting, typically for clients or financial institutions. This also involved receiving and reviewing work orders, entering transactions into systems, and verifying the accuracy of work performed to ensure compliance with client specifications and company policies. While working on creating orders and managing clients' needs, I also addressed customer issues, communicated with clients, and minimized risks associated with property preservation data.

• Receive and review incoming work orders and application assessment and issues related to monthly maintenance items such as repairs, grass cuts, winterizations, etc. and contact appropriate resources as needed; enter transactions into PC using multiple systems.
