Passionate, motivated, and caring BCBA with 10 years of success providing support to individuals and their families impacted by a developmental disability. My goal is to make positive and significant changes in their life. Seeking a position to utilize my expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis. Career objective is to possess a long-term career as a Behavior Analyst in the school and community setting where my professional experience in the domain can contribute towards society.

• Design ABA programs for children and teens with regional center services
• Train parents and staff in the implementation of individualized behavioral interventions for the treatment
•  Make weekly supervision visits to client’s homes to oversee intervention delivery, provide parent consultation with the use of parent training strategies and deliver feedback to therapists.
  • Train staff in the supporting role of assisting in data entry and graphing.
  • Conduct clinic meetings to review and report client progress.
  • Assist in assessment process and progress report writing for Regional Center.
