During my time at Surrey Place, I had a panic attack, developed muscle spasms, and had extreme back pain for a while because I had 2 heavy patients, among others, and whenever I needed help, I couldn't find anyone to help lift them. And one of those residents was difficult to deal with. When I asked to switch with another nurse, I was told no.

I also want to add that I never had the chance to take my CNA test. I was PCA at Surrey Place, and when it was time to take my test, the system malfunctioned.
