I’m Jared Medley. Born 1981 and raised in Carlsbad NM. Lived all over the state of New Mexico. I’ve held many different positions since I joined the workforce in 1997. Every job I have held I worked for loyally and respectfully, even the ones that might not have deserved so.
I treat every company as if it were my company. Seeking to help it grow and succeed because my way of life and those that depend on me are supported by my labor and commitment to my job. I moved to Quemado NM in 2023 with the understanding I would have to travel away from home to find decent employment.
I owe it to my wife and young son to provide them with the best of my ability while also keeping up with my own needs. As a family man and an employee I must maintain a good balance for all involved. Heavy equipment Operation is my main direction I seek for employment.
I thoroughly enjoy the diversity it brings. Give me the opportunity, I will prove to any company that choosing me was a good decision.
