I am the Litigation Manager with duties that include overseeing the calendaring, drafting complaints, deposition notices, CMS, discovery, and filing documents with both federal and state court. I was the Office Manager of a small office in Riverside. I was in contact with the office in Italy, arranging meetings, assigning work, creating folders for new clients, and tracking the progress of existing clients' cases. I bought supplies for the office, arranged the catering, and was in charge of keeping the employees informed of the new COVID-19 Mandates.
I arrange the telekinetic communications with our home office in Italy and all the Communications with the Clients. I set up all the phone, internet accounts, computers, printers, and shipping accounts we used in the office. I was in charge of the company card and ensured the employees had enough money to pay for the documents we had to mail out.
