I recently graduated with my Master's in Counseling Psychology from Angelo State University. I'm currently a doctoral student in the PSY. D. program, and one of my areas of interest is trauma. I believe this position can add to my existing knowledge and experience of working and advocating for individuals affected by sexual victimization.
During my master's program, I completed an internship at the Concho Valley Women's Correctional Facility. I taught psycho-education classes to provide insight and education about addiction and also facilitated conversations about previous traumas that influenced their addictive behavior.
I received my bachelor's degree in psychology from Texas Tech University and my master's degree in counseling psychology from Angelo State University. I'm currently working on my doctoral degree in psychology.
