• Configured, installed, and performed network maintenance for Fixed Network Devices along with maintenance and delivery department. 
• Provided assistance for minor technical problems, monitored performance, and ensured system availability. 
• Designed data centres and report progress on site preparation for a major telecom project delivery. Design included, individual cabinet designs for multiple telecommunication equipment, space allocation for new devices, allocating routes for fiber and power cables.
• Conducted surveys on multiple fixed network sites and reported issues for site preparation of new device installations.
