I have been a Line Cook for the past 2 and a half years with 53 By The Sea. I am passionate about doing whatever job I need to get done in the best and most efficient way possible. I have mastered working in a fast paced environment, working safely with products in order to keep our customers safe. I am interested in expanding my knowledge in another field. I am eager and a hard worker.
I’ve worked with 53 By The Sea for 2 and a half years, learning all that has to do with the restaurant environment. I have worked multiple stations for extensive time, doing whatever job they need me to do. I have worked as a Line Cook, Wedding Cook, Prep Cook and Dishwasher. All jobs having different requirements to be efficient.
I went to Leeward community college for one year. I have learned most of the knowledge I know about the kitchen through working at 53 By The Sea. I have learned food safety and how to ensure the safety of our customers.
