I‘m a global expert in Root Cause Analysis, Lessons Learned, and Corrective Action systems. I have designed, implemented, and trained organizations in these systems globally for 25 years. I’m interested in investing my future in an organization that could well use and embrace my experience in these areas.
Over the last 25 years , I have led or been part of some of the world‘s most significant incident investigations. Through the (USA/Canadian) blackout of 2013, to the USA Gulf Oil Spill and the USA Space program (and a hundred other high profile investigations)—I have gained professional expertise and an understanding of the investigation process and its associated disciplines ( Lessons Learned, Corrective Action, Data collection/interviewing). Knowing what makes these initiatives successful ( and what doesn’t) is a key ingredient I could bring to an organization.
I have led and managed a global team of 10-19 other professional investigation consultants for decades as well.
