Over a decade in IT support, both on-site and remote. My background includes ground-up installation in both new and existing construction; running cables, installing servers and racks, setting up and deploying workstations. While my clientele included mostly dental and medical offices, I have worked in diverse environments as churches, schools, and oil refineries. I have a particular interest in additive manufacturing.
I have worked in IT support for over a decade, including computer sales and virus removal to physical installation of new network infrastructure and user endpoints. I have installed and maintained Active User Directories and Exchange servers, created and removed profiles and other security based activities, and migrated user profiles to newer machines or updated OS. I am experienced in AV devices and integration of automation.
I have worked mostly in Windows environments but have some experience in Linux.
My education is in Fine Art. My professional experience in IT support spans over a decade.
