In my previous role with Farm Bureau I served as a Field Claims Adjuster in which I investigated, evaluated and promptly concluded personal auto, Residential property as well as commercial lines and Large Loss Casualty losses.
As in my previous roles, I managed multiple claims on a daily basis in which I used effective communication skills as well as persuasive negotiation to ensure a positive customer experience.
� In addition to my Adjuster role with Farm Bureau, I was also the Material Damage Specialist for New Mexico which included but was not limited to;
� Managing the "Las Cruces Drive-In" in which I completed fair and accurate auto repair estimates to ensure they were within the Farm Bureau Parts usage guidelines.
� Manage Catastrophe Drive in inspection sites with 6-10 field appraisers at one time handling over 200 auto hail claims
� Hold CCC pathways training for new hires. The trainings went from introducing new hires to the CCC One soft- ware as well as learning to complete low impact Auto repair estimates via the Skype For Business meeting application.
Implemented "FAST" (Fast Auto Service Team) which was a form of virtual estimating via email for low to mod- erate impact auto damage. (This was also a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Project with a savings of 40k for the state of New Mexico
