My entire career of almost 30 years has been devoted to public utilities. I am knowledgeable and proficient in every stage of utility management from having worked in every level from construction and maintenance to managing gas and water distribution along with a water treatment plant. Several years of experience with ADEM compliance with water treatment and distribution as well as PSC with gas distribution.

In depth knowledge of infrastructure studies for short term and long-term sustainability for the utility system. Implemented an AMR system with GIS map of all utility assets. Very proactive, motivated and challenge oriented.
