I am looking to slowly get back into the workforce. I am going on 2 years out at the moment. I was recently diagnosed with a spine disorder and am looking for something, somewhere that can accommodate.
Any desk job, data entry, book keeping, etc. I ran the Hibbett Sports at the Meadowbrook Mall for approx. 3 years before I transferred out of state to help at another location. While in Oklahoma, I worked as an assistant manager at a 1.75 million dollar Lids location at Penn Square Mall.
I did eventually transfer back to West Virginia to help out at the Morgantown Hibbett location. I was there until my body decided it was done for a while. So here I am. I do believe what has made me successful, professionally, is my coachability.
I am willing to learn if someone if willing to teach me.
Manager Hibbett Sports - Bridgeport, WV January 2019 to April 2022 I was hired on as a Rookie in January 2019 and by April of 2019 I was the assistant manager. By May of 2019 I was running a team and the store. I was officially promoted to Manager June 2019.
On the daily, I dealt with weekly inventory paperwork, conference calls, upkeep on the store maintenance, weekly schedule for 7 to 10 employees at a time, dealt with a monthly visual directive, money handling, bank deposits, twice a year inventory, customer service, RTVS, store transfers and more. I caught wind that another store was in need of help. So I had a transfer picked up to Midwest City, OK.
After spending some time helping that location, We relocated back to WV and I transferred into the Morgantown location as an assistant.

Store Associate Halloween City - Bridgeport, WV September 2018 to November 2018 Assist customers, clean, handle money, stock. Set up and tear down. This was a pop- up business.
Bartender/game attendant High Life Lounge - Bridgeport, WV April 2017 to September 2018 Waited on customers, cashed out tickets, cleaned store and stocked. Money and safe handling.
