I am currently a Nursing student at Keiser University in my second semester. I have passed my Fundamentals of Nursing and Pharmacology courses. I am now in my Basic Adult Health and Maternity courses. I am CPR certified and CMT certified.
In addition, I have 9 months of clinical experience as well. My clinical floor from 1st semester was Ortho and I worked with majority elderly patients. For Medsurg clinical this semester, I have worked on the Surgical Progressive Care Unit and I am in now Ortho again at HCA Port Saint Lucie.
Being able to work with patients for the past 9 months have helped me gain much experience and has taught me to try to remain organized when caring for each patient individually. I really love helping my patients, and I look forward to working with them further to better their lives in any way I can. I truly take pride in caring for them.
I am looking to grow and flourish in this line of care.
