Working in both inpatient and outpatient. in an outpatient clinic, I am taking care of patients with a wide spectrum of medical conditions. Over 60% of patients are EOP (patients with profound psychiatric mental health disorders ) and over 70% of them have a long history of poly-substance addictions. handling TTA patients ( in Triage Treatment Area/ Urgent/acute care cases} such as acute chest pain, abdominal pain, Diabetic DKA, Substance overdose or withdrawal and acute injuries from altercations. covering OHU inpatient unit by admitting, rounding and discharging OHU patients. Inpatient cases usually include but are not limited to hunger strikes over a week, post-op patients, cancer patients in chemo or radiation therapies, and patients needing IV antibiotics.
