I started working when I was 16 years old in the food industry, and back in 1980 San Antonio Texas had a food. Market called Centeno Supermarket and I use to work there as a way to support my daughter Denise, because her father had passed away, so With that being said I Had to work to educate my daughter and put her through school. I am passionate about working with food perishable. I use to own a Chinese Restaurant and my specialty is Chinese food cuisine. I cood asian for 33 years.
I am currently enrolled at Saint Phillips College and doing a course in Bookkeeping Specialist, but will furthermore do Culinary Arts and aiming for a degree with food fine arts.
