I've spent the past 8 years on the talent end of robotics/autonomy. My engagements with customers has been on a retained basis or I've been brought on to work on an assigned number of roles. This includes working remotely, as well as onsite for some customers. My expertise focuses on engineering and sales talent. I possess a deep network, as well as extensive and well-honed recruiting skills.

My career began recruiting within the Information Technology industry in Chicago. I developed a deep customer network of trading firms and SaaS companies. I consistently ranked in the top 5% of my company in placements and jobs filled. I've spent the past 8 years working within the robotics/autonomy industry. I worked with start-ups, as well as Fortune 500 companies on multi-hire or retained engagements ranging from 1 to 30 hires, as well as leading/contributing to 90 person hire engagements.

I attended Valparaiso University from 1990 to 1992 and then attended Washburne Culinary School. I worked within culinary industry for a couple of years before moving into recruiting.
