I have 15 years of experience in leading and managing departments, work centers, and people. I am capable of brining teams together to successfully complete projects, and achieve the strategic goals and objectives of the organization.
In my position, I am responsible for 551 aircraft maintainers, producing 2,200 flights each year. As a senior manager, I mentor 28 junior professionals so they can grow and develop in their roles. Specifically, I host local and remote development courses for continuing education. I also advise key leaders on establishing legal and ethical business practices, resolve EEO complaints, and conduct surveys to improve organizational culture.
I am currently enrolled in a Master of Science in Management, with a concentration in Talent Development and Training at Troy University. I also hold a Bachelor of Science in Quality Systems Management from the New England College of Business.
