--- Hello! My name is Jeffrey McClure, and I'm passionate about commercial and industrial maintenance and management. With a background in all facets of maintenance and construstion, I have developed a strong foundation in maintaining and managing complex systems and facilities.

I thrive on challenges and constantly set goals for myself to stay motivated and achieve success. In my free time, I enjoy runing, pickleball, tennis and reading, which help me stay balanced and inspired. I'm always eager to learn new things and connect with like-minded individuals.

I began my career at age 20 as a Sanitary Fluid Pump Repair and Reman Technician. This role introduced me to a wide range of technical skills, including machining, welding, and repair practices. Over the years, these skills have enabled me to secure positions such as Maintenance Technician, Industrial Mechanic, and Construction Supervisor across various fields of commercial and industrial maintenance and construction.

My diverse experience has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of the industry and a strong ability to tackle complex maintenance and management challenges. I am now 38 and am looking to break into the management and project design aspect of these fields.

I have received a wealth of knowledge from real world application of maintenance and construction. I am currently working towards a bachelor's degree in industrial technology and business management.

I will be finishing my associate's in manufacturing and power and process systems through Metro Community college in the summer.
