I am a board-facing Chief Financial Officer with more than 30 years of experience leading financial strategy across public, venture-backed, private equity-backed, and federally funded organizations. I have extensive expertise in capital markets, operational scaling, and strategic transactions, including raising over $40M in financing, driving significant margin expansion, and supporting major corporate exits. Currently I am serving as Deputy CFO at MIT Lincoln Laboratory, I oversees financial strategy for a $1.5B operating portfolio while maintaining full audit compliance and leading enterprise financial systems transformation.
Previously, as CFO of LexaGene, I built the finance function from inception, managed public company reporting, and led capital strategy through commercialization. Earlier in my career at Palomar Medical Technologies, I helped scale revenue from $15M to $150M and supported a $300M strategic sale, while managing global finance operations and SEC compliance.
