I’m a highly organized, resourceful, and hands-on professional with a natural ability to bring order to complex situations, anticipate needs, solve problems, and make sure things get done. Throughout my career, I have managed countless moving parts, from business operations and logistics to households, family needs, events, home projects, vendors, and major life transitions. I genuinely enjoy creating systems that make things run more smoothly.
I also have direct experience owning and growing a business. As the owner of a FedEx contracting business, I was responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, logistics, personnel, customer service, problem-solving, and the many moving parts required to keep a complex operation running efficiently. Under my leadership, I grew the business from approximately $750,000 in annual revenue to more than $1.5 million in just two years.
That experience taught me how to build effective systems, manage people, identify problems before they become larger issues, make decisions quickly, and balance big-picture goals with the details of daily operations.
What sets me apart is my combination of practical follow-through and a people-centered approach. I’m comfortable rolling up my sleeves and handling whatever needs attention, while also stepping back to look at the bigger picture and determine how a process could work more efficiently. I’m a natural problem solver who notices details, takes initiative, communicates clearly, and follows through without needing to be micromanaged.
My background also includes more than 20 years in education, where I developed exceptional organizational, communication, planning, and leadership skills. I have spent many years managing a busy household and family, coordinating events and celebrations, working with vendors and contractors, overseeing home projects, decorating, organizing and downsizing homes, and helping people navigate significant life transitions. These experiences have required discretion, flexibility, sound judgment, patience, and the ability to calmly manage competing priorities.
I particularly enjoy building structure where there isn’t one yet. Whether that means creating checklists and household systems, organizing records and inventories, coordinating vendors, planning seasonal needs, preparing a home for guests, managing a project, or simply noticing something that needs to be handled and taking care of it, I’m energized by making things easier and more seamless for the people I support.
I’m also very comfortable working collaboratively with others. I value respectful communication, trust, accountability, and a positive working environment. I’m approachable and down-to-earth, but I take responsibility seriously and hold myself to a high standard.
I would bring a strong combination of business ownership, operational management, leadership, organization, project coordination, creativity, practical problem-solving, and genuine care for the people and homes I support. I’m looking for a long-term role where I can become deeply familiar with a household, anticipate needs, build reliable systems, and contribute to a warm, well-run environment.
