I am a dedicated IT professional with a passion for helping others with their technology-related issues. I hold a CompTIA A+ certification, which has equipped me with a solid foundation in computer hardware, software, and troubleshooting. I look forward to gaining experience in providing technical support to individuals and businesses, including setting up and maintaining networks, resolving software and hardware issues, and assisting with various IT-related projects.
After receiving my associates i interned at a school providing basic functions of new Macs that the school received and also providing assistance in managing tablets for teachers able to be used when they needed with no technical or software problems. I also have done joined field technical jobs where i had to travel in the new york boroughs and do inventory of all DOE devices the schools had, while also registering devices to intune that where not already registered.
Field role where i unbox and set up laptops, desktops, monitors, and printers, and set them up to be ready to use by the schools.
Received my associates in computer science at Bronx community college and recently received my comptia A+
