I currently work full time with Comprehend, Inc. as the AmeriCorps Seniors Foster Grandparent Program Director. I'm involved in my community through church outreach and through the Foster Grandparent Program. I love being able to make a distance and helping someone out at the same time.
I've worked since I was a teenager, so I have a very strong work ethic. Since 2020, I've been the AmeriCorps Seniors Foster Grandparent Program Director of Comprehend, Inc. where I manage a federal grant and direct volunteers who are 55 years and older to volunteer in the school systems and tutor/mentor to students one-on-one. I have a lot of computer experience, time management experience, customer service experience, grant writing and managing experience and interpersonal skills.
I have some college credits, just need a few more classes to complete my AAS degree.
