Over the past five years, I have honed my skills in analyzing and processing insurance claims, consistently ensuring accuracy with policy guidelines. My experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of the healthcare insurance industry.

My current role involves meticulous review and processing of complex claims, identifying discrepancies, and coordinating with healthcare providers to resolve issues. I have become proficient in utilizing various claims software systems and possess a keen eye for detail, which has been instrumental in minimizing errors and improving the efficiency of the claims process. My commitment to excellence has been recognized through several performance awards and consistent praise from my supervisors.

Also in my current role,I am a Subject Matter Expert and I am responsible for all the training of new hires of all the material of processing of claims, uptraining, retraining of material to successfully learn the process of claims processing. This training is for institutional claims on UB 04 claim forms. I have developed strong communication skills that allow me to effectively liaise with stakeholders, including policyholders, healthcare professionals and claims analysts.

I am adept at explaining intricate policy details and claim decisions in a clear and empathetic manner, ensuring that all parties are informed and our client satisfaction is maintained. Also with this role, I have audit claims 100% for the new hires and trainees to ensure accuracy and completion of the claim being processed for release of payment.
