I've worked as an Executive Assistant at the C-Suite level most of my career. I would like to move into a customer service role. Good customer service is so hard to find, and it is greatly needed. It is especially needed for seniors. My 85 yr. old mom lives with me and between her experiences and her friends' experiences I think customer service needs to treat them with more patience.
