I am a Ph.D. candidate completing her dissertation at Rutgers University in the Department of Women's, Gender, and Sexuality Studies. I teach courses in my department at lower and upper division levels, including courses such as 101 "Introduction to Gender, Race, and Sexuality," 257 "Gender and the Body: Representation and Pornography," 258 "Gender, Race, and Contemporary Art," and 317 "Gender and Consumption." Since 2020, I have also been a peer fellowship advisor for Rutgers graduate students, where I have supported successful applications to external awards such as the National Science Foundation Graduate Fellowship Research Program, Mellon/ACLS Dissertation Completion, Charlotte W.
Fellowship, as well as Fulbright I.I.E. and Hays. In 2022-23, I received the P.E.O.
Award in recognition of my contributions and commitments to women and students in pursuing higher education and professional careers.
