I’m an experienced General Manager and production leader with an extensive background in all facets of carpentry and shop management. My career has centered on leading teams through every phase of scenic and millwork production — from client meetings and design coordination through fabrication, quality control, logistics, and flawless installation. I have over 39 years of all facets of high end finish carpentry, custom home building, historic renovations, scenic work, custom millwork shop experience as well as leadership for over 26 of those years.
My leadership approach is hands-on and focused on teaching, training, and developing others to reach their full potential. I take pride in creating efficient systems that promote accountability, precision, and consistent high-quality results across every project.
With my previous company’s recent closure, I’m seeking a new opportunity where I can bring my proven leadership, technical expertise, and passion for developing people to help drive continued success for your organization
My education after my GED has been taking the OSHA 30 many times as well as CPR training from the Red Cross and have a GC license for over 12 years.
