Conduct investigations, inspect, document files, review policies and procedures. Work with community, neighborhood organizations and local law enforcement agencies to reduce and eliminate unsightly open dumping of trash and hazardous waste in the city. Generate literature to increase education, knowledge and bring awareness to the citizens, how to beautify, recycle and make out community more livable. Research grants available for disposal of hazardous waste, tire disposal and clean air quality.

Provide overnight security and monitor the activities of residents housed in center maintain proper login/out sheets. Oversee chores and all mandated meetings or carry out and attended. Communicate with law enforcement on suspected violators that might be lodging at center. Responsible for practicing of fire drills and make sure all building codes are up to date.
