Attend a safety meeting once a week with a every morning just have a description of what the plan would be for the day with team leader. Every morning fill out a forklift inspection sheet on the lift operating. Haul big loads such as 20 to 40 foot skids using good communication with another forklift driver also helping lift on the other end of the skid.
If load wasn't too heavy for the forklift or telehandler would haul on own into shop bays or to the back of the yard. Being aware of not to run into traffic, other forklift driver, semi's bring in metal products, and other skids or product already being in yard. Having to unload different types of metal being brought in from flatbed trucks, also loading finished products onto them.
Organizing the yard with some finished products. When products would be finished being weld would have to haul to the back of yard to sandblasted, after sand blasted would get the product and haul that load back to the of the yard to be painted, and after being painted would haul back to the far end of the yard to be bubbled wrapped to get ready to ship product onto flat bed to be hauled off. Attending a 30 minute safety meeting every morning before work. Insulate air ducts inside ceilings walls and hot and cold water pipes on top of roofs using hand tools such as dry wall blade, utility blade, staple gun, hand drills, measuring tape, while wearing proper PPE Steel toe boots, safety glasses, long sleeved shirt with high lighted vest, gloves and hard hat. Cut blanket insulation and stick insulation to specific size to wrap around air ducts and staple to hold around air duct.
The stick insulation would also cut to specific size according to the size of the hot/clod water lines the corners would also have a special way to cut so the hold line would be protected and covered. Using ladder for high ceilings as will as scissor jacks. While working at heights is a mandatory to wear a safety belt harness.

Operate on a 12.5 hour shift attend 30 minute safety meeting before every shift. Have a good handover with coworker when it time to relieve him. Operate a excavator, backhoe, front end loader, sky trac extended boom, Bobcat, depending on the set up on location.
Control the drilling mud fluid as per Mud man, Derrickman, or company man. Operate 2 centrifuges with either drying shakers, or a vortex dryer. Familiar with dewatering if needed. Do some wiring once get familiar with set up.
Also know how to set up equipment. Knowledgeable of rigging up and rigging down equipment. Know to change shakers screens, know when it needs to be changed. Know how to adjust the centrifuge speed with the VFD.
Capable of changing the plows/cutters on the centrifuge, know where to grease, change inserts, know how to check oil level. Know how to lockout/tagout equipment when it comes to service it. Always clean out centrifuge when the rig is tripping pipe or whenever have time.

Work a 12 hour shift attend 30 minute everyday before each tour as will as have a good relief and hand over. Operate double cardwell drilling rig with a Tesco top drive. Made sure hands know what needed to be done before every shift.
Make connections operate mud pumps always watching pump pressures and torque increase anything to watch for a gas kick. Measure drill pipe, collars, directional tools, casing pipe. Always shut down 30 mins every shift to service the drilling rig, mud pumps, and generators.
When working as a Derrickman trip pipe in and out, always be 100% tied off. Work on mud pump when needed to change swabs, valves, valve seats, or valve caps. Help change oil on mud pumps, generator motors, rig motors, and extended boom forklift.
Mix chemicals on mud pits always wearing proper p.p.e. Transfer fluid as needed when pumping sweep's. Did operate a big bowl centrifuge 2100 when working on certain rigs. Clean out centrifudge, set/adjust.
Opening closing valves on pits and choke valves when needed. Loading up pipe on pipe rack with a front end loader or a extended boom.
