• Reestablished delivery discipline for a 16-team train by restoring retrospectives and dependency and risk tracking, improving visibility of cross-team blockers and follow-through.
• Improved cross-team planning for a 22-team train by strengthening the Agile Development Plan and restoring the PI Program Board so dependencies were visible during planning.
• Introduced Lean Portfolio Management to a multi-train leadership group and facilitated its first LPM session, producing portfolio vision, guardrails, and initial epics.
• Configured Jira, Confluence, portfolio Kanban, filters, dashboards, and roadmaps when permissions allowed; translated delivery needs into clear designs for administrators when they did not.

Selected to continue after a contract transition; lead Agilist in a 12-person CoE supporting about 350 people across three locations.

• Helped the 350-person program move from waterfall to SAFe; afterward the program had more frequent releases, clearer PI objectives, earlier dependency and risk visibility, shorter backlog wait time, and stronger cross-team communication.
• Product owner for a 12-team AWS Cloud Landing Zone migration: coordinated architecture documentation, DevSecOps infrastructure support, cutover events, and progress reporting to leadership.
• Taught two Scrum Master classes (44 people) and one Product Owner / Product Manager class (27); supported PI Planning, demos, retrospectives, and ongoing team enablement.

Led full-lifecycle development and frequent releases for a multilingual information-sharing web application used by more than 200 users across 30+ countries; grew the effort from one developer to four and delivered the first production release in six months.

• Rebuilt a poorly structured codebase toward object-oriented design, tightened authorization to the individual-user level, added translation support for five languages, and recommended moving from Oracle to SQL Server, cutting about $300,000 a year in licensing.
