I'm an accounting and operations professional who has built my career by learning how businesses work from the ground up. My experience spans financial management, bookkeeping, payroll, real estate, property management, office management, team leadership, and business ownership. I'm comfortable looking at both the numbers and the operations, finding the problem, understanding why it's happening, and figuring out the right solution.

I'm naturally curious and I don't like guessing. When I don't know the answer, I research it, ask questions, and keep digging until I understand it. I'm detail-oriented and take financial accountability seriously because when I'm responsible for the numbers, I want every dollar accounted for.

I also bring a high level of personal discipline to my work. I maintain an active and healthy lifestyle and make physical training part of my everyday routine, including regular weightlifting. I'm comfortable in hands-on environments and take pride in being dependable, consistent, and present.

Integrity matters to me. I believe people should do what they say they are going to do, take responsibility for their decisions, communicate honestly, and consider how their choices affect the people around them. I value accountability over excuses, consistency over promises, and continuous growth over staying comfortable.

I've always been someone who looks for a better way to do things. I value curiosity, learning, problem-solving, discipline, fairness, and personal responsibility.
