Successfully partnered with both APAC and North America Legal teams, Program/Project Managers, and Google Directors to clean up the backlogged out of compliance SOWs that posed a financial and co-employment risk to Google. Drastically improved the completion and closure processing time for 70-SOWs from six (6) months to two (2) months. The clean-up process eliminated Google's risk for expired and out of compliance SOWs as well as prevented resources under these SOWs from termination.

In addition, streamlined/quicker processing of SOWs saved Google over $588K for a 6-month period.

• Worked closely with Legal (reviewed, accepted/corrected redlines), PMs/PgMs, and Vendors to audit the SOWs for contract terms and conditions, services, and deliverables; SOWs from VOPO aligned with current contract strategies, guidelines, and business objectives; submitted SOWs in SIMBA to Legal for review/approval and execution
• Managed 20+ Director Trackers for Open SOWs with a value of $170M for 2019 and $47M through April 2020
