Jesi Graffagnino

Hello my name is Jesi Graffagnino. I have been a chef in the Charlotte and Belmont area for quite a long time. I am currently obtaining a master's degree in Food Safety. I am trying to get more community experience and change of pace while I get my degree. I have enjoyed being a chef but my end goal is to work for the North Carolina Department of Agriculture where I can use my knowledge and experience to audit farms and other outdoor area businesses.

• COGS, Inventory, and holiday/event ordering
• Wine dinners, special events, and restaurant week lead directing sous chefs and other staff

Duties include

• Responsible for line set up and dish creations on weekly menu
• Product ordering, management of line workers, and sanitation
