Responsible for the complete pharmacy oversite of 6 infusion pharmacies in Knox County and surrounding areas. Oversaw 19 direct reports including both pharmacists and chemotherapy pharmacy technicians. Responsible for all areas of day-to-day management, maintaining practices to pass yearly inspections, recruitment, and training of all infusion pharmacy staff, and maintaining policies and procedures.
Responsible for reviewing operating reports as well as playing a large role in the annual budget review process. Played key role in development of over 400 evidence based electronic Oncology Regimens for Cerner EMR implementation. Responsible for implementing upcoming USP800 standards and procedures to ensure all 6 pharmacies are individually compliant with regulations including overseeing construction projects.
