I have been in customer service for around four years. I have handled money and performed simple math calculations. My day- to-day tasks revolve around helping customers on the sales floor while still finishing up customer orders with a sense of urgency. I am currently finishing up my AA at Orange Coast College in business administration. I plan to transfer and obtain my bachelors in business administration or accounting.
I have worked in retail and as a personal shopper for a corporation company so I have a lot of experience with customer service and being able to properly communicate with customers and their needs.
I am currently in community college finishing up my AA for business administration.
