My name is Jessica, I hold an Associates in Science Business Administration and am on track to receive my Bachelors in English Language and Literature by the end of February from Southern New Hampshire University. I am familiar and comfortable in the work of research and writing papers as this is what I have been doing for the past few years. Since I have only worked in customer service jobs, I'm great with pleasing others and when it comes to communication as I want to provide the best service possible.
When it comes to writing I only have experience doing it for my classes and have yet to work in a professional setting which is why I want to work even harder to gain more experience.
